Celebrate National Self-Improvement Month with FREE Enrollment at Spectrum Athletic Clubs

In observance of National Self Improvement Month in September, Spectrum Athletic Clubs, luxury fitness facilities with 9 locations throughout the greater Los Angeles area, will waive its enrollment and processing fees and give $100 credits to new members to be used for personal training or club services throughout the month.

According to Bud Rockhill, president and CEO of Spectrum Athletic Clubs, the program hopes to encourage those who have considered getting in shape to take “that first step.”

“We want the public to take action now as we recognize that obesity is at an all-time high, the incidence of diabetes is climbing at an alarming rate and more and more people are working longer hours in office environments,” he said. “Exercise can be fun and Spectrum Athletic Clubs offer something for everyone including music-filled group classes and state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Whatever your goal – to lose weight, improve sports performance, overall health and wellness or keep active – we are here to help you.

Rockhill said that the clubs also offer the highly popular Pilates and Yoga classes, Zumba, African dance and even Cardio Kickboxing. Spectrum also offers classes developed by New Zealand group fitness experts, Les Mills Inc, including Bodypump and the core workout called CXworks.
