Honda's Free Gas Truck Coming to Marina Del Rey
The blue truck will give out free gas to Honda owners in Marina del Rey sometime this week.
A big, blue tanker truck will bring free gas to Honda owners in Marina del Rey this week, representatives for SoCal Honda Dealers announced Monday.
The truck, part of the SoCal Honda Dealers' "Helpful Honda Team" campaign, will pay a visit to Marina del Rey sometime between Wednesday and Friday. During its visit, representatives will pump free gas for anyone driving a Honda.
"Recognized by their iconic blue polos, the Helpful teams will surprise loyal Honda drivers with complimentary tanks to kick off the long holiday weekend," the company said in a news release.
While the exact date of the truck's stop in Marina del Rey was not released, representatives for the campaign said they will release clues about the day and location of its visit through the SoCal Honda Dealers' Twitter (@HelpfulHonda) and Facebook accounts.
The free gas truck will make a stop in Marina del Rey during one of these dates and time periods:
- Wednesday, July 3 | 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
- Thursday, July 4 | 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Friday, July 5 | 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
The marketing campaign will run through Labor Day with the truck making stops across Southern California during that time.
