Lakers Player Jordan Hill Sued After Marina del Rey Crash

The lawsuit comes as a result of Hill's Bentley crashing into a Marina del Rey condo.

Lakers forward Jordan Hill and a man arrested after allegedly crashing the player's Bentley into a Marina Del Rey condominium complex have been sued by an insurance company for damage caused to the structure.
Aspen Specialty Insurance Co. brought the action Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court against Hill and Michael Lacey.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident occurred sometime after 2 a.m. March 30 when the car, which has South Carolina license plates, jumped the curb and crashed into the front of Esprit condominiums in the 13900 block of Marquesas Way.
The CHP identified the 26-year-old Lacey as the driver.
According to the suit, E&S Ring Management was insured by Aspen Insurance for losses to the complex. The complaint seeks compensation from Hill and Lacey for the money the insurance company spent under its policy with E&S Ring Management.
