Marina del Rey Film Festival Winners Announced
Did you see any of the films? What did you think?
Marina del Rey Film Festival promoters announced the winners of the 2012 festival, which was held from Sept. 7-9, 2012.
Over a dozen films were shown of all genres from all over the world. The event allows independent film makers to showcase their work.

Chicago Farmer: A documentary about modern folk musician Cody Diekhoff, better known as Chicago Farmer. It is directed, edited, and produced by Cory Poplin.
The Strong One: A story that follows a young boy as his imagination takes him on adventures with his best friend, a brontosaurus, and begins to help him deal with the struggles of growing up.

Hinnon Valley: A deadly viral outbreak takes over the small secluded city of Hinnon Valley. A woman and a young girl have to team together to survive the cities flesh eating inhabitants and the malicious military presence that lurks around every corner.
