This Week in #MarinaDelRey Through Your Eyes

There have been many blog posts written over the past year about how as a society, we take more photos each day than have been taken over the past 100 years combined – quite a staggering statistic.

With the proliferation of smart phones, everyone has easy access to a camera at any time. Even as editors at Patch, we always carry a smartphone complete with an app that lets us post photos and articles from the field.

With that said, we thought we would start a new feature each week called "#MarinaDelRey Through Your Eyes" in which we feature some of your photos posted on Instagram with the hashtag #MarinaDelRey.

Each Sunday, we will take a look around Instagram and highlight some of the photos taken in Marina del Rey that we thought popped out at us and post them using Instagram's new embed feature.
