Viewfinder: Ending the Day at Dockweiler

We explore this beach in Playa del Rey and the many activities it offers.

Dockweiler State Beach is the subject of this week's Viewfinder.

Located next to Playa del Rey, Dockweiler Beach makes a great spot for a getaway. You can have cookouts and bonfires, rent a bike and ride along the path, or bring your RV and camp overnight. It is also good for airplane watching, as it lies directly under the flight path of Los Angeles International Airport.

There is a paid parking lot and ample street parking along Pacific Coast Highway. We love this beach and all of the activities it has to offer. Please share any photos that you have taken at Dockweiler.

Thank Glenn E. Grab for taking the time to send an answer. I agree with you, it would be blue IRead More think. I would like to hear from someone who has the same problem, there are hundreds of boats with this spray. Now having said this, we have now come up with a more rational reason. It's the pollen, not bee pollen, but tree pollen. Makes sense as it does only happen once a year. Searching for answers, this makes a little better sense.
