Will Brooke Continue in 'Top Chef' Finale? [Spoilers!]

Brooke Williamson of Hudson House and the Tripel showed off her cooking skills in Part 1 of tonight's Top Chef finale. Spoilers!

Brooke Williamson, owner of Redondo Beach's Hudson House and Playa del Rey's The Tripel, earned herself a spot Wednesday in the Top Chef season finale.

With a bit of help from eliminated contestants, Williamson and Kristen Kish will go head-to-head in the final episode of Top Chef: Seattle in front of a live studio audience next Wednesday.

"I have what it takes to be the next female Top Chef," Williamson says during the episode.

Williamson was on a roll before Wednesday night's episode, having created the winning dishes in the past two episodes of the popular cooking competition; however, she ran into some trouble Wednesday night as she cooked a three-course meal in the kitchen of Top Chef judge Tom Coliccio's Los Angeles restaurant, Craft.

Though her dishes were well-received overall, she appeared flustered and hurried in the kitchen.

"I am so overwhelmed," she said as she surveyed the pantry. "I can't commit to anything because there is too much beautiful product."

Taping for Part 1 of the season finale took place several months after the previous episode. Tune in next week to see if Williamson ultimately takes home the title.

In the meantime, readers can try their hand at cooking her winning creation from the last non-finale episode, where "cheftestants" had to create a dish inspired by the moment she first wanted to be a chef.

The braised chicken and quail were inspired by her mother's cooking, Williamson said. Readers can find the recipe at BravoTV.com, or watch Chef Michael Voltaggio create the recipe in the video above.

The season finale of Top Chef: Seattle airs next Wednesday at 10 p.m. on Bravo.
