Abbot Kinney Holiday Extravaganza - Shopping, Santa and More!

Abbot Kinney Boulevard comes alive with the spirit of the holidays!  You'll see Christmas carolers, magical street lighting, a toy drive for disadvantaged kids and of course, an appearance by Santa Claus.  All the stores will be open until 10 to help kick start your holiday shopping too.
All proceeds from the event will go to the LAPD's toy drive.

From 5 PM - 7 PM Santa Claus will make a special appearance at Toys and Tales (1140 Abbot Kinney Blvd, 310-396-6909) where kids can sit on Santa's lap and tell him their Christmas wishes. Santa will also be collecting unwrapped toys for the Venice Boys and Girls Club and Los Angeles Children's Hospital. 

The sounds of the season will ring throughout the street with carols sung by Venice's own Second Baptist Church Choir and the Jingle Bell Rockers.  

Many of the stores, including epOxybOx (Corner of Abbot Kinney and Venice Blvds., 310-578-2100), Venice's hotspot for green gifts, will help shoppers celebrate with their own version of holiday cheer including refreshments, tasty treats and music.
