Tender Greens Opens New Marina Del Rey Restaurant

The fresh food oriented chain Tender Greens opened its new location in the Marina Marketplace last week, making it the second restaurant to open in the newly renovated retail space in Marina Del Rey.

Known for its "slow food done fast," Tender Greens specializes in sourcing fresh ingredients from local farms to use in its healthy dishes.

"By working with small local farmers, ranchers, artisans, boutique wineries, breweries and coffee roasters, we are able to provide the best quality ingredients and products for our guests," the Tender Greens website states. "We believe there should be a conscious connection between the one who eats the food and the source of that sustenance."

The new Marina Del Rey restaurant is located at 13455 Maxella Avenue next to the Equinox Fitness Center.

Tender Greens is one of many new restaurants or stores taking up residence at the Marina Marketplace including a Yard House, AMC Theaters and Settebello Pizzeria.
