Update: Power Restored to Over 3,000 Westchester Residents
Outage began at about 1:30 p.m.

Power was restored shortly before 3:30 p.m. The cause of the outage was not immediately known.
A spokesman for Los Angeles International Airport said the airport was not impacted by the outage.
