Marina del Rey Hospital Will Host Community Open House

The hospital will offer locals a chance to learn about its robotic surgery program.

Marina del Rey Hospital will soon open its doors to the community to show off its robotic surgery program.

General Surgeon Daniel Marcus, M.D. will be on hand to teach about the latest advancements in robotic surgery during the event which will also include an opportunity to have a picture taken with “Surgio” the da Vinci Surgical Robot.

In addition, both children and adults will have a chance to participate in a hands-on test drive of the da Vinci Surgical System.

The community open house is scheduled to take place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, at Marina Del Rey Hospital at 4650 Lincoln Blvd.
