Two Marina del Rey residents were arrested in Malibu after they allegedly interfered with Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies who were investigating whether actor Gary Busey was driving drunk. Patrice Karst, 51, and Mark Abel, 52,

Karst and Abel asked deputies to pull Busey over because they said he was driving erratically, but then they started taking pictures as deputies were conducting sobriety tests, which Busey passed.
