Paloma Loves Car Rides and Needs a Home

Paloma is our featured Pet of the Week from Forte Animal Rescue that needs a home.

Paloma is one of a kind with her beautiful eyes and sweet personality, and she’s in need of a home.

She already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and even when you’re not home she doesn’t make a peep.

Paloma is about 5 years old, weighs about 55 pounds, and she’s not only pretty, but very smart. Paloma loves car rides and will make herself comfortable in the back seat; she’d make a perfect road-trip companion.

When you talk to her, she listens to you and her soulful eyes see through your soul. This little lady is a real stunner who has been overlooked for no reason for far too long.

Update:  Paloma underwent a recent major knee surgery, and she is recovering faster than expected.  After first spending a long time in a kennel waiting to be adopted, she was placed in a foster home where she has been sleeping with her foster mom in bed and living the kind of life every dog deserves. Unfortunately Paloma must now find a new place to stay and is in immediate need of a new foster or adoptive home, to avoid returning her to the kennel, which Paloma finds very stressful. Forte will cover the costs of her care and food, and they are hoping to find someone ASAP to give this sweet angel a home.

In addition to ongoing boarding and other expenses, Forte Animal Rescue continually incurs significant veterinary medical bills, hence any support would be greatly appreciated. Forte Animal Rescue is also looking for foster homes for its rescued dogs, along with volunteers to help with its adoption events.
