Road Construction Near LAX Scheduled

Motorists may face delays going to and from the airport.

Caltrans will repave a portion of the Pacific Coast Highway Sept. 10-14 between Sepulveda Boulevard and McConnell Avenue near the Los Angeles International Airport.

The project will enhance safety and mobility and upgrade curb ramps to comply with American with Disabilities Act standards. One lane in each direction will be closed between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and detours will be posted advising motorists.
