 ,   Add to calendar
12505 Vista Del Mar Playa Del Rey CA 90293  See map

Come learn about the wonderful creatures that share our shore with us!

The Department of Beaches and Harbors has partnered with the Los Angeles Audubon Society to provide FREE guided nature walks on Dockweiler Beach.

Binoculars for the duration of the walk will be provided. Walks usually last 45-90 minutes, so please dress appropriately and bring plenty of water.

The youth center is easily accessed by bike from the Marvin Braude Bike Trail.

Parking is reduced for participants. Once you arrive, please go directly to the Dockweiler Youth Center office window to obtain your parking pass & place it inside your car windshield so it is visible to parking enforcement.

FREE and open to the public, but space is limited! To sign up, call (323) 481-4037 or email tern@laaudubon.org

I'm so glad you added that comment, and that I read the comments (since the headline says it hasRead More opened). I was all excited to walk up and try it tonight, which would have been a bummer. Looking forward to trying it.
