Girl Scout Troops of Westchester del Rey and Sport Chalet, in the Marina Marketplace, are teaming up together to make your holidays a bit easier by offering Gift Wrapping Services for donations. From Saturday Dec. 14 thru Tuesday Dec. 24, various Junior, Cadette, Senior and Ambassador Girl Scout Troops (girls in the 5th to 12th grades) will wrap customers gifts for donations. The donations help finance troops' travel, camping and equipment and community service projects.
Located at the lower level entrance of Sport Chalet, this is the 11th year the sporting goods store and neighborhood Girl Scouts have joined together to offer customers this time saving and festive service. Sport Chalet generously provides boxes, tissue, wrapping paper and bows while the Girl Scouts provide the know-how and the TLC in wrapping gifts.
