Over the Edge with Autism Speaks

What’s the perfect way to have a fun and unique experience—and support a good cause? Go Over the Edge with Autism Speaks! This is a very different event because it’s all about rappelling. But there’s no reason to worry because (contrary to misperceptions) it’s completely safe. No experience is necessary and trained technicians teach you everything you need to know in 20 minutes and guide you the entire time.

What are just some of the reasons you need to do this? 1) You haven’t done it before and you want to do something different; 2) You want to see the amazing view from the top of the Los Angeles Airport Renaissance Hotel; 3) You are looking forward to adding another cool t-shirt to your collection; 4) A free massage from Got Massage? is the perfect way to calm your nerves; 5) You want to support a good cause.

There are only 65 spots available and each participant is required to raise a minimum of $1,000, but don’t worry—you have until December 1 to do all the fundraising.  When you tell everyone what you’re doing, they will want to make a donation. Family and friends are invited to come and watch your daring adventure and see how you are making a difference for the 1 in 88 individuals affected by autism.
