Please join The Office of Councilmember Bill Rosendahl and help a very important cause.
The 2011 Greater Los Angeles Homeless Count takes place in West LA on the night of January 26th.
The count will help provide vital services to the homeless and ultimately move families and individuals into housing.
There are many ways to take part in the evening:
Counter – Counters will be deployed in groups of two or three and work in specific areas for up to four hours
Runner – Before and after the count, volunteers will drive materials to and from deployment centers and LAHSA headquarters.
Operator – Help with phones and enter count data into the computer system
Please join the staff and help make a difference in the lives of many people who are living on the streets.
Please be sure to RSVP on Facebook and the register at www.theycountwillyou.org. Organizers need to know the exact number of people participating in the event.
