Community Update

I have never been in a car accident until recently. My car was pretty damaged and I've never had to deal with body shops before so I had no idea how this would turn out. My insurance recommended ICC Collision because they work hand in hand with Mercury, which I can tell you was incredible as I didn't have to deal with anything. From the moment I brought my car in, everyone was extremely helpful and nice. I was in and out quickly and they ended up finishing repairs on my car 5 days early. What a relief because my insurance only covers so much in rental car fees! When I got my car back I noticed there was still something wrong with it and brought it back in. They took care of me right away. I worked with Eddie through the entire process and was beyond satisfied with the customer service I received! He is extremely helpful and on top of everything. I highly recommend going here as my car looks brand new and not to mention they offer warranty for their work for as long as you have your car. Unbelievable in this day and age.
