Ever wondered how to create your own customized perfume or lotion? The Marina del Rey CVB sits down with Ann Winfield, owner of Beyond Scents, to talk all things fragrances.
Move over L’Occitane, Bath and Body Works and Sephora, there’s a new scent in town. After hearing about a Marina del Rey store in which you can make your own scent, Valerie and I were there in about 5 minutes. Beyond Scents is owned by Ann Winfield and has been in Marina del Rey since 1995. With over 60 scents carrying names like Forest Rain Moonlight and Waves, you can smell and combine any for use in lotion, perfume or massage oil.
