Death by Luggage Cart: Worker Dies at LAX

The circumstances of the accident were under investigation.

A worker was killed today when he was struck by a luggage-moving cart at Los Angeles International Airport.

The man died at the scene about 5:20 a.m. near 1 World Way. He was identified this afternoon as 51-year-old Cesar Valenzuela of Los Angeles, according to coroner's Lt. Joe Bale.

The circumstances of the accident were under investigation.
