Man Wounded in Shooting at Dockweiler Beach in Playa del Rey
The victim is expected to survive the shooting, police say.
A man was shot at Dockweiler State Beach in Playa del Rey on Saturday night and taken to a hospital with a gunshot wound that was not considered to be life threatening, police said Sunday.
The shooting occurred about 8:50 p.m. in the Parking Lot Two area, said Lt. Marco Munoz of the Los Angeles Police Department.
About four rounds were fired and no other injuries were reported.
