Marina del Rey's Priciest Homes: 5110 Pacific Ave.

A Pacific Avenue residence is among the most expensive homes on sale in Marina del Rey, according to the latest listings on the real estate website Zillow.

An architect-designed home at 5110 Pacific Ave. is among the Marina del Rey locations rising to the top of the high-priced listings this week.

Built in 2003, the home features three bedrooms and four and 1/2 baths on a 3,645-square-foot lot. The $5.25 million house had its price cut in March by about $300,000. 

The home's notable features include a deck terrace with canal views. According to the Zillow.com listing, the residence also offers Brazilian walnut floors, an interior surround-sound system, a media room with fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, a pool table, and a gym with full bath. The rooftop terrace serves as an outdoor living room.

The home was last sold in February 2006 for $3.9 million.
