Community Garden at Holy Nativity

Come learn about building the soil. It's the most basic "building block" of an organic garden. A solid foundation in the soil is where all of our plant health and vegetable nutrition comes from. We'll talk about compost, mulch, compost teas, soil additives, and "to dig or not to dig, that is the question."

Here at the Community Garden at Holy Nativity, we're always learning new things. Come hear the latest (hint: we've been reading "Teaming with Microbes" by Jeff Lowenfels and Wayne Lewis).
