Using Mantras to Empower & Strengthen Your New Year's Resolutions

Drawing upon a practice that stretches back thousands of years, mantras are sacred words or sounds with the power to protect, purify and transform individuals. Join mantra expert Jason Adams, the Vedic Virtuoso, as he explores the realm of mantras to guide us into 2011 with renewed enthusiasm. We will be discussing a wide range of mantras able to support you in areas of abundance, love, relationships, health, prosperity, wealth, life purpose, and spiritual liberation. We'll also take a closer look at planetary mantras and see how they can provide additional support with our New Year's Resolutions.

Jason Adams is passionate about sharing the benefits of living a Vedic-inspired life. Known as the Vedic Virtuoso, Jason guides individuals towards leading meaningful lives by incorporating the ancient practices of yoga, meditation, ayurveda, vastu shastra, and Vedic astrology. Adams is a musician, yoga instructor, massage therapist, vastu consultant, and mantra expert. He is currently completing multiple mantra CD projects and has begun work on creating a pivotal text on The Art of Vedic Living, a guidebook to strengthen & nourish the body, mind, and spirit.
