Luxury Apartment Spotlight: Rare 4-Bedroom Penthouse for Lease at Esprit Marina del Rey

A rare 4-level, 4-bedroom luxury penthouse overlooking the main channel is available at Esprit Marina del Rey.

When The Wall Street Journal recently selected a $6,977,000 Marina del Rey four-level abode as its “Home of the Week,” it naturally caught the attention of locals who know all to well the value of prime Marina real estate. Unfortunately, with record low real estate inventory plaguing the entire Westside, those who can afford such residences have only a few opportunities. Not to mention, there are those potential buyers who may not actually want the responsibility and maintenance that comes with home ownership at all.

That’s when the low-maintenance luxury lifestyle offered at Esprit Marina del Rey starts to look like a dream—a yachter’s dream, in fact.  The contemporary community offers private boat slips and studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments (each boasting their own water view).  Only rarely do its prestigious 4-bedroom penthouses become available for lease—which is why we have decided to devote an entire blog post to the news that Esprit has one opening for exclusive occupancy.

Spanning 3,670 square feet and four levels, the ever-spacious 4-bedroom, 5.5-bath penthouse sits on the top floor over looking the main channel, offering some of the best mountain, city, marina and ocean views from all rooms as well as the roof deck. The home is designed for entertaining with expansive windows, terraces and an open great room on the first floor with a gourmet kitchen, dining room and living room. Three of the bedrooms feature dual vanities and walk-in closets, while the fourth bedroom is best suited for a home office with a private entrance for office staff, housekeeper or nanny.

The master bedroom also has a wine cooler installed and separate his and her bathrooms for the ultimate privacy. Other thoughtful amenities include: dramatic 12-foot vaulted ceilings, beautiful wood floors on the main level, a full-size in-home washer and dryer, Eco-friendly Corian® countertops, General Electric® appliance package, plenty of closet and storage space and two reserved parking spaces.

Thank Glenn E. Grab for taking the time to send an answer. I agree with you, it would be blue IRead More think. I would like to hear from someone who has the same problem, there are hundreds of boats with this spray. Now having said this, we have now come up with a more rational reason. It's the pollen, not bee pollen, but tree pollen. Makes sense as it does only happen once a year. Searching for answers, this makes a little better sense.
