Mila Misses Walks, Parks and Being Outdoors

Mila is our featured Pet of the Week from Forte Animal Rescue.

Mila is a very special Tibetan Spaniel/Pomeranian Mix. This little lady waited for three months to be rescued from the pound. She is a little unsure of who is going to be nice to her, so she needs someone who will be patient with her and make her feel that everything is okay.

It won't be long before she will feel relaxed and comfortable within her surroundings again. In those three long months, she missed her walks, parks and the outside, but given the chance, she will be jumping for joy and back to her happy self.

Mila is 7 to 10 years old and weighs about 15 pounds. She is already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Forte Animal Rescue is a 100 percent volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, seeking solutions for pet overpopulation, as well as working together with the community to cultivate the human animal bond through educational programs and activities. In addition to ongoing boarding and other expenses, Forte Animal Rescue continually incurs significant veterinary medical bills, hence any support would be greatly appreciated.
