Tab Howard quickly launched into his real estate career as a team member on the top producing group at Sotheby's International Realty's Sunset Strip location. As a key component of that team, Tab mastered the art of selling high-end properties in Los Angeles. Several years ago his love for Venice's eclectic vibe prompted his relocation to the west side, and he now works out of the Brentwood office.

At the forefront of the green movement, Tab earned a GREEN designation with the National Association of Realtors and is a certified ecobroker. Tab uses this expertise to help his clients make their current and future homes more energy efficient and self-sustainable. Tab's passion for well being and sustainability date back to his years at Middlebury College, VT. While attending his alma mater, Tab played an active role in the greening of the college campus by designing ways to reduce its carbon footprint.

Tab's business is primarily referral based. He credits that to his tailored approach to addressing clients' needs, his accessibility and responsiveness. Tab is there for his clients and personally handles all aspects of the transaction.

Tab has called Los Angeles home for the last ten years. He grew up in Boston and is a world traveler, having spent considerable time in Australia, Europe, the Pacific and parts of Central America. Tab's immersion in different cultures helps him understand special needs of clients from around the world. Tab is an avid surfer and an active participant in environmental and community events.
