Dizziness affects over 80% of those over 65. A common cause of dizziness is the dysfunction of the vestibular system. The vestibular system includes parts of the brain and inner ear that help control balance. Mitchell Tsurudome, P.T., a physical therapist with MemorialCare Orange Coast Medical Center’s Vestibular and Balance Rehabilitation Program, will discuss proper assessment and treatment for those with vestibular disorders.
